Saratoga Information

From the scenic Hudson and Mohawk Rivers and Great Sacandaga Lake, to the Southern Adirondack Mountains, 2000 acre Saratoga Spa State Park and beautiful Moreau State Park, you’ll find so many things to do outside.

Swim, boat, or go camping. Fish in Saratoga Lake. Take advantage of excellent birding opportunities, nature trails and preserves.

history comes alive

Saratoga helped shape American history in a big way. You’ll experience this when you walk around Saratoga National Historical Park, site of one of the 15 most important battles in world history.

We’re also home to ten museums, including the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame, the National Museum of Dance, the National Bottle Museum, the New York State Military Museum, Automobile Museum and several local history museums.

A storied past comes alive everywhere you go. In the over 1,000 beautiful buildings on the National Historic Register, the many great old Victorian homes, and the mineral springs that have served the needs of visitors for centuries.
