Laughlin sits on a slice of land in the Colorado River Valley where Nevada, California and Arizona converge. Each year, the city on the river greets more than 3 million visitors, who come to Laughlin to gamble, enjoy the Colorado River and attend the city’s many special events.

Laughlin has earned its place as a tourist and gambling destination in just a few short decades. And with its array of recreational activities, it’s easy to see why. The booming city offers guests 10 major hotel and casino resorts on the Colorado River, with stunning desert scenery all around. Visitors can take in a round of championship golf on any of 10 area courses, explore the surrounding Black Hills, Spirit Mountain and Grapevine Canyon, home to Indian petroglyphs and unique rock formations, or try for crappie, bluegill, trout and striper bass from Lake Mohave or the Colorado River. From ATV and Hummer tours to jet boat and jet ski rentals, Laughlin offers visitors endless ways to amuse themselves in and out of town. Within two hours driving time, visitors will find the Grand Canyon, Valley of Fire State Park, Hoover Dam and even fabulous Las Vegas. Thanks to the year-round warm weather, the time is always right to visit Laughlin.
