Visa Requirements

All foreign visitors to South Korea are required to hold a valid passport. Nationals from many countries covered by Korea’s Visa Exemption Agreements and other reciprocal agreements are not required to obtain visas for visits of up to 90 days, including Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, the U.S. and many European countries, while Canadian citizens may stay for up to six months. You may be required to show immigration officials that you have return or onward tickets and adequate means of support and accommodation upon entering Korea.
