Lough Oughter is a lake, or complex of lakes, in County Cavan covering approximately 1,464 hectares. It is on the River Erne, and forms the southern part of the Lough Erne complex. There is very good coarse fishing and competition stretches in the Lough Oughter complex of lakes and rivers.
