Carinya Park is a large equestrian property located in the lush green hills of the Dandenong's east of Melbourne. There is only one cottage on Carinya Park to ensure privacy for its guests.

The Orchard Cottage is situated in idyllic and very quiet surroundings close to Gembrook. There are views over the orchard (hence the name), the forest and the paddocks. To keep the temperature under control you have the choice of enjoying the warmth and atmosphere of a Coonara log fire in winter, or keeping your cool thanks to the reverse cycle air conditioning in summer. The Yarra Valley wineries and the Dandenong Ranges attractions just add to the package.
