Beach House at St Helens Information

Beach House at St Helens provides self-contained accommodation on Tasmania’s stunning east coast.

The two bedroom house has queen, double and single beds and can accommodate up to five guests. There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen where you can prepare fresh local seafood. Decor features include wood-panelled walls, polished timber floors, deep sofas and comfortable deck chairs. There is convenient electric heating as well as the cosy warmth of an open fire. A selection of games, movies and music is provided. From the deck there are sweeping views of Georges Bay and the surrounding hills.

Take a short stroll along the private track leading down to a secluded beach. Grab a few boogie boards and wetsuits, provided for you, and enjoy the waves. You can also go fishing from the jetty, take a fishing charter in the bay or wander along the coastal tracks. Drive north to the magnificent beaches of the Bay of Fires or inland to Pyengana with its cheese factory, Pub in the Paddock and spectacular St Columba Falls. In the evening, enjoy a barbecue on the spacious deck.

St Helens Point is about 2 hours’ drive (170 kilometres/105 miles) from Launceston.
