Blue Wren Hideaway is set on 2.5 hectares of bushland where you’ll see dainty blue wrens (superb fairy wrens) darting about. It has stunning views of the Great Western Tiers.

Blue Wren Hideaway has three ensuite rooms accommodating six guests. Rooms have electric blankets, heating, clock radio, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and television.

Mole Creek has many attractions so after a hearty breakfast, head out to vsit the limestone caves “King Solomon and Marakoopa”, nearby waterfalls, the honey factory, Trowunna Wildlife Park. Fish for trout in the pristine rivers and lakes, climb the Walls of Jerusalem to alpine lakes fringed by ancient pencil pines, or bushwalk in the photographers wilderness paradise of Cradle Mountain National Park. You'll see wildlife, birds and breathtaking scenery in this wild corner of Tasmania so close to the lush green farms and little villages and towns of the north coast.

Return to relax in your cosy comfortable accommodation, draw up to the wood fire in the guest lounge and demolish a country dinner prepared by your hosts. There's nothing like fresh mountain air to give you an appetite.
