Be picked up from your Sydney hotel in our luxury mini coach and travel in comfort and style to the Hunter Valley Wine Country, through the picturesque Ku-ring-gai National Park.

On arrival at the vineyards, enjoy morning tea / coffee and fresh baked delights at the famous Peppers Guesthouse.

Your "wine expert" host is Richard Everett, an experienced oenologist (winemaker) with 37+ years experience in the Australian wine trade. He will give you an insider's perspective on the Hunter Valley's unique wines.

Richard will guide you through the Hunter's best cellars, where he will conduct comprehensive sit-down guided private tastings of their top wines, including some aged vintages not available to the public.

The itinerary for the day is completely flexible, to account for your particular interests.

Lunch is at the award-winning Muse Cafe.
