The Tim Olsen Gallery’s move into the purpose designed premises on Jersey Road, Woollahra marks an exciting chapter in the evolution of the gallery. After operating out of two significant galleries in Paddington and Woollahra the consolidation of the exhibition programme into one large venue allows the many local and international visitors to view artworks under one roof.

The gallery incorporates the capacity to view both artworks that employ new media and related documentary material, with the aim to give clients a window into the artmaking process.

With a continually changing exhibition calendar, the gallery presents the work of both emerging and established artists.

Foremost in the gallery’s stable is John Olsen, now regarded as Australia’s most esteemed living artist. In addition to the staging of countless critically acclaimed exhibitions, the gallery has hosted the launch of many books devoted to his unique and ingenious artmaking.
