Safety is Sydney Jet's first priority. Their Captains are highly trained professionals holding Master Class 5 Certificates and engineering qualifications. Their vessels are fitted with seat belts, safety bars to hold onto, and padded seating to absorb the bumps.

Weatherproof clothing is provided for year round passenger comfort.
