We have magnificent coastal cycle ways and boardwalks that link from Middleton Beach to Emu Point or from Middleton Beach to the city offering breathtaking scenery and the ideal location for some whale watching in season.

Park Avenue Holiday Units provides an excellent base for holidaymakers and corporate visitors while they explore all this exciting region has to offer.

Choose from one, two and three bedroom deluxe self contained/self serviced units all featuring outdoor settings and wide verandahs.

Guests are provided with under cover free gas barbeque facilities, guest laundry facilities. The complex is a non smoking property.
