Holberry House

Holberry House is situated in Nannup, midway from the Margaret River Wine Region and the Walpole Tree Top Walk, and is a central base to explore the South West attractions.

Purpose built in 1985, classified as a guesthouse or private small hotel, the emphasis is to offer relaxing and peaceful accommodation with warm and friendly service.

We offer six elegantly appointed queen size guest rooms, each with its own bathroom and one with a corner spa. The rooms are individually furnished with antiques and have air-conditioning and heating.

The gardens at Holberry House are an escape in themselves. Set on four acres of parkland gardens with a winter brook and mature tree plantings there are many tranquil spots to sit quietly with a book or watch the abundance of birdlife.

All available for guests use is a large guest lounge with open log fire, conservatory, library, dining room and a pool for summer relaxation.

Holberry House is situated in the town centre of Nannup and is a short stroll to the art and woodcraft galleries, restaurants, antique shops and wineries. There are many walk trails both along the Blackwood River and through the hilltops and forests surrounding the townsite.
