5RM Barmera Main Street Market 2008 Information
'A market with attitude' or 'the market with 'air' about it' is how some market goers describe the award winning 5RM Barmera Main Street Market. 2003 South Australian winner of the 'Can Do Community' awards, the market provides a fun and relaxed place to visit while staying in the Riverland region.
Operating over the warmer months of the year, the sixty plus stallholders will entice you with food, wine tasting, produce, furniture, arts, crafts bric a brac and much more. Clowns, face painters and buskers will entertain the whole family as you stroll through the main street.
Added attractions are always a feature and have included a four wheel drive and camping display and rock and roll dancing. Canine freestyle demonstrations, hot rod displays, classic, veteran and vintage cars and also motorbikes. Time your next visit to the Riverland to coincide with the 5RM Barmera ' Main Street' Market.
