Big Bend Information
Travel the great Murray to the Big Bend. The Big Bend cliffs are the tallest cliffs on the Murray River and are hundreds of million years old. See a vast array of wildlife in and around the river or do a spot of fishing from your own dingy.
Take a blanket and have a picnic at the edge of the river. Walk around the big bend lagoons. For some more adventure, take the Big Bend night eco tour. This tour explores nature's nightlife and the many creatures who emerge when the stars come out.
This area is a rich source of fossils, flora and fauna. It conceals many archaeological secrets and botanical marvels.
