Rules Beach is the only beach left on the Discovery Coast on which you can legally drive a Four Wheel Drive vehicle, and is the way to reach the mouth of Broadwater creek by vehicle. Two camping areas are accessed from Rules Beach. Mouth of Baffle Creek is one kilometre south of the beach access point and Broadwater is seven kilometres to the north.
