The Classic Australian Wooden Power Boat Association will be holding its seventh annual get together at Lake Talbot, Narrandera over the last weekend of October. The association is made up of owners and enthusiasts of classic wooden speed boats and race boats from the 1940s right through to the 1970s.

The group is expecting up to 20 boats from around the country to join in over the weekend. Boat makes represented will include Lewis, Simpkin, Eddy, Everingham and Seacraft. The weekend will be an informal and relaxed family get together, giving club members the opportunity to catch up with each other and talk all things boats, including restoration and repair techniques and comparing how the different boats drive.
