Hooked on Moreton Adventures

Hooked on Moreton Adventures is a family owned and operated tour company based at Bulwer on Moreton Island providing a range of tours from adrenalin rush adventures to chill out and relax tours. A host of one, two or three day tours staying in dormitory style units with all meals or your own private unit are available.

There is an abundance of wildlife and fauna to be found whilst travelling through Moreton Island National Park which covers 98 per cent of the island. The endless golden sandy beaches surrounded by sparkling clear waters hosts dolphins, turtles, dugong, tropical fish, and migratory and local birds. From the historical Cape Moreton Lighthouse, Queensland’s oldest, during the months of June to October, humpback whales can be seen frolicking around as they head north and back.

Swim in the pristine fresh water lake of Blue Lagoon. For the more adventurous, try sandboarding some of the highest sand dunes in the world or snorkel the famous Tangalooma ship wrecks. At the end of the day, sit back on the beach with a cool drink and watch a breathtaking sunset as it sets down behind the Glasshouse Mountains on the north coast.
