Yamba-Angourie Surf School Information

Private, group and school surfing are all catered for at the Yamba-Angourie Surf School. The owner Jeremy Walters has expertise and experience to teach beginners, intermediate and advanced surfers of all ages.

Having competed around Australia, Jeremy was crowned Australian Champion in 1998. From 1999 - 2000 he competed on the World Qualifying Series. Being a lifelong surfer, Jeremy has the knowledge to make your surfing experience at any level enjoyable. Jeremy's qualifications include: Level 2 Surfing Australia accredited surf coach, Senior First Aid certificate, Advanced Resuscitation, Bronze Medallion, Apollo surf coaches award.

Lessons include: surf safety, surf awareness and rules of the surf, how to stand up, how to surf the waves, wave selection, what surfboard is best for you.

What is supplied: soft, safe learner surfboards, sunshirts and sunscreen, fully qualified and experienced surf instructors.

Yamba-Angourie Surf School is licensed by Surfing Australia and Clarence Valley Council.
