Sydney Olympic Park Information

Home of the ‘Best Games Ever’, Sydney Olympic Park is a gold medal attraction. Relive Olympic memories by joining a Games Trail Walking Tour, or try a Telstra Stadium 'Behind the Scenes' Tour.

Other tours include a self guided audio tour and a tour of the Aquatic Centre.

Start your day at the Visitor Centre where our friendly staff will help you plan your day. Learn about the past, present and future of the site in the interpretive centre.

For the more active bring the family, hire a bike and enjoy over 35km of dedicated bike track. You can swim, cycle, play tennis, see the unique bird life in the parklands, and learn about our Olympic heroes and discover the area's rich history.

Vast Parklands circle the Olympic venues, forming one of the largest urban parks in the world. Wetlands and waterways have been restored to their natural state and many native species of bird, fish and mammals are returning to the site, joining the famous green and golden bell frog, which lives at Sydney Olympic Park.

It's easy to get to Sydney Olympic Park. It lies at the heart of Sydney's road and rail networks, making it easy for car, bus, coach, or train travel to the venues. And there's plenty of parking. Otherwise enjoy a relaxing and scenic cruise on the Rivercat Ferry.

Spend a night or two at the Novotel or Ibis Hotels and experience the ambience of Sydney Olympic Park at night.

There is an impressive variety of top class entertainment and sporting events at Sydney Olympic Park, including the Royal Easter Show at Sydney Showgrounds. To check what events are on offer or for further information call the information line on 9714 7888.
