3-5 minutes walk, 5 minutes to shops/restaurants and 10 minutes to the Manly Wharf. Crossing our magnificent harbour by ferry takes just 30 minutes and you pass by the Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House on your way to the city centre. There everything you will want to see and do is before you....a very walkable city! Of course Manly has so much to offer too and if you love walking/water activities/cycling or just sitting by the sea with a book...then Manly is for you.

101 Addison Road is one of Manly's earliest homes and still in excellent original condition with only minor changes over the years. The features of this charming 200+ year old home are beautiful masonry, wide original timber floors and architraves, carved cedar fire mantles in each room.....and lofty ceilings. French doors open to the front verandah with it's old cast iron lace; there you can relax with a book and coffee. You will have private use of the main living room; with music, games books galore and a Yamaha grand piano for the musician....or a didgeridoo! Breakfast is light, delicious and generous with quality products and freshly ground and brewed coffee. Should you wish to take 2 bedrooms you would then be sharing the bathroom. The emphasis is on privacy and friendly discreet service. A perfect home-away-from-home while you visit family or friends nearby.
