Woodland by the Bay provides the ideal setting for your romantic Mornington Peninsula getaway. Located close to the beach, nestled next to a wooded reserve and only 60 kilometres from Melbourne.

At Woodland by the Bay they offer a two bedroom self-contained (not self-catering) apartment with full size bathroom, comfortable lounge/dining area, kitchen facilities, laundry, courtyard and garden.

Accommodation is either the bed and breakfast apartment (full breakfast) at Woodland by the Bay or 'Puddleduck Cottage' self-contained and self-catering.

'Puddleduck Cottage' is self-contained/self-catering and has four generous sized bedrooms (two ensuite) and full bathroom included in this comfortable, stylish cottage is a six person outdoor heated spa, for your enjoyment and relaxation. Large lounge/dining with climate control, and wood heater. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry plus a second living area. Ample parking for cars and a boat. 'Puddleduck Cottage' can be two separate two bedroom apartments (spa apartment and deluxe apartment) both fully self-contained and self-catering (up to four people). The apartments can be opened up to form the four bedroom cottage (for up to eight people). All prices quoted are per couple sharing the same bedroom.

Close to beaches, shops, top restaurants, a Mecca of golf courses, many wineries and all the other treasures that Mornington Peninsula offers, 'Puddleduck cottage' or Woodland by the Bay are the perfect bases for your holidays (your home away from home).
