The property has a long drive, flanked with olive trees and vines, and hidden away at the end are three accommodation options, suitable for either a couple, or groups of up to 14 people. All three accommodation options can be rented separately or the property can be rented a whole, for exclusive use.

The Vineyard Lodge is the principle accommodation that has four king size bedroom suites. Each has their own separate entrance, and private terrace to the garden. The Lodge has a large, vaulted lounge room complete with wood burning fire, and has a full cook's kitchen. It also has a media room with flat screen tv and dvd and 'gold class" relaxing chairs.

The Vineyard Cottage, is a separate romantic accommodation, suitable for one or two couples. It has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom and a large shared bathroom, with a Victorian style bath, and a large walk in double shower.

The Old Laundry is suitable for a couple ,and with its more secluded woodland setting is ideal for couples who want the privacy of a hideaway suite. It has a king bed and shower room, an enclosed wood fire, flat screen tv, dvd and a large covered deck for barbecuing and dining. All bathrooms at the property have heated floors and all rooms are furnished with Provincial style furnishings, luxury Sheridan bed linen and towels.

The nightly rate includes a basket of Mornington Peninsula Breakfast items for guests to enjoy and cook at their leisure during their stay: or for those who want a complete weekend "off " a breakfast voucher at nearby Merricks General Store .
