Evans Family Wines, established in 1996, is one of his last contributions to the Hunter Valley wine industry.

It is managed by his son and daughter-in-law, Toby and Melinda Evans.

The family has been involved in the Hunter Valley since the early 1960s, with the first Evans family vines planted in 1976.
