Renowned for rugged mountain ranges and stunning wildflower displays, Grampians National Park is one of the State's most popular holiday destinations. Declared in 1984, the 167,000-hectare park is home to abundant bird life and almost a third of Victoria's plant species. Things to do * Call in at the Visitor Centre at Halls Gap, where displays, audio-visuals, publications, maps and staff can help you plan your stay. * Visit the Brambuk the National Park and Cultural Centre to discover more about the park's natural and cultural landscape. Visit the spectacular Gariwerd Dreaming Theatre, explore the many displays, relax in the cafe or take a rock art tour with our cultural guides. * Visit Reeds Lookout, the Balconies, Boroka Lookout, MacKenzie Falls and Zumstein picnic ground or go for a walk in the Wonderland Range. * Plan a drive or walk in the park - call into Brambuk the National Park & Cultural Centre for park maps There is accommodation in Halls Gap and nearby townships. Camping fees can be paid at Brambuk the National Park and Cultural Centre on Grampians Rd, Halls Gap. The centre is open 9am-5pm daily (except Christmas day).
