Dalfruin & BallyVista B&B is a magnificent 1910 Edwardian B&B, a stately landmark building in East Gippsland.

Dalfruin offers three very different experiences. Choose from the traditional B&B inside Dalfruin itself or the two self -contained apartments in the grounds, whatever your choose it will be relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

The property is ideally located within easy walking distance to the CBD, the Mitchell River board walk, local outdoor swimming pool. Bairnsdale is the business centre for East Gippsland hence it does have an extensive shopping strip which includes major stores, boutiques, antiques, and bookshops, plus over 50 cafes/restaurants for casual or formal dining.

A short drive takes you to Metung, Paynesville, Lakes Entrance or Sale. Visit wineries, art galleries, antiques galore or craft markets. The more energetic can walk, cycle, or horse ride the Rail Trail, sail the Gippsland Lakes or explore the Ninety Mile Beach. As the junction of the Princes Highway and the Great Alpine Road, Bairnsdale is the perfect base to visit Buchan Caves, Omeo, Dinner Plains, and Mount Hotham and the snow.
