Underground Bed and Breakfast provides tourists with the unique opportunity to experience the underground living for which Coober Pedy is famous. Rated fourth best bed and breakfast in Australia by trip advisor, they are also recipients of certificate of excellence and Travellers Choice award.

The property is a luxurious three bedroom, two bathroom home exclusively for guests use with a large lounge and television room, complete kitchen and dining area. The home is dug into the side of a hill in the same way that many of the homes and famous churches in Coober Pedy are. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom whilst the other two bedrooms share the main bathroom.

You can enjoy a lovely barbecue and entertaining area with facilities for dining, solar heated spa, air-conditioning and wood fireplace. The temperature underground is always 22 to 23 degrees Celsius, making it comfortable in the extreme conditions that prevail in Coober Pedy. Without the lights on, the rooms are dark and very quiet, so you'll have the most satisfying sleep ever, any time of the day! We provide airport and coach pick-up and also offer use of a vehicle for local use at minimal cost.
