Boatshed House has two bedrooms upstairs one with ensuited spacious king size bed that can be split into singles and one with two king single beds. The third and fourth bedroom are downstairs with king beds that can be split into singles. The bedrooms are open plan with wall dividing, with balcony overlooking Lake Daylesford. Three ensuited bathrooms all including showers, toilets and vanities, two ensuites include double spa baths, third providing a double person shower.

Boatshed Villa Green Door and Yellow Door has one spacious queen size bedroom (each Villa). Luxury bathroom with two person spa bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.
