During the month of February, the Blue Mountains, Lithgow and Oberon regions will travel back in time and kick up their heels with The Roaring 20s Festival.

Held at venues throughout the region, events include 1920s costumed balls, high teas, film screenings, jazz performances, ragtime dancing, vintage couture fashion parades, historical walks, a Vintage Car Picnic in Leura Mall, Charleston Challenge, 'Gatsby' Soirees, murder mysteries, cinema under the stars, Hickory Golf Cup, Ukulele Festival Highlands Steam Festival, radio plays and lots more fun.

Activities include a wide program throughout locations in the region including Jenolan Caves, Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah and Everglades Gardens. Hotels, resorts and guesthouses in the mountains will be holding various balls, dances and celebratory activities.

Really feel the turn back in time when visiting the Highlands Heritage Steam Festival in Oberon with their Roaring 20s classic vehicle display.
