The Deck Information

The Deck Gallery Gift Shop is situated in the heart of Hopetoun on the coast of Western Australia at the main eastern gateway to the spectacular Fitzgerald River National Park and within the world renowned Fitzgerald Biosphere.

The Deck building renovation recently won a Western Australian Design Award. It continues to thrill visitors on a daily basis and offers a breath of fresh air for those travelling the area. With sea views and spacious gardens, it’s a great place to relax, sample something from our ice-creamery, have a coffee, and enjoy some light refreshments and shop.

The Gallery section of the shop offers a range of photographic artwork, giftware, jewellery, pottery, ceramics, interior decorations, casual leisure and beach wear, accessories, books, maps, visitor information, national park passes and souvenirs.

The Southern Ocean Discovery Centre fills a separate section of the complex. This interactive display provides a fascinating insight into the Fitzgerald Biosphere Regions very special coastline and unique flora and fauna.

For those with a little more time, we offer daily three hour tours into the Fitzgerald River National Park.

The Deck is open 10am to 4pm daily from September to May.
