Arthurs Superb Views is located on the Mornington Peninsula at the top of Arthur's Seat, just below The Peak (Arthur's) Restaurant. The views are absolutely stunning from all of the private ensuite units, which overlook Port Phillip Bay from 1000 feet above following the meandering coastline spanning back to Melbourne from Dromana and Mount Martha. At night it equals looking out of a plane window at the glittering lights of Queensland's Sunshine or Gold Coasts. Each of the three elegant suites is equipped with queen size bed, double spa, television and cd/clock radio.

In the Koala and Kookaburra Suites, a sumptuous breakfast is served whilst in the self-contained Rosella full breakfast ingredients are provided. All Suites have individually controlled air-conditioning/heating. Top quality restaurants such as The Peak and Solair are a leisurely few minutes walking distance, as is the well-known Arthur's Seat Chairlift.
Short distances away are renowned wineries, superb restaurants, art and craft shops, galleries, botanical gardens, a car museum along with pristine ocean and bay beaches offering boating, surfing, golfing, fishing and horse riding.
